Fall Fest 2024
This rural school is dedicated to providing enriching learning experiences beyond the classroom. The donations they were seeking would help make their fall fest a memorable experience for their students. Any support received would provide supplies, exciting prizes, entertainment and food for the event. The remainder of the funds would make a significant impact on student’s education and help nurture the next generation of leaders and innovators.
8-foot wide by 4-foot high Event Banner
Strategically placed in front of the school where parents would drop off and pick up their children, this banner would advise any passer-by of the upcoming event. A space in the lower right corner provided a space for event volunteers to provide a daily countdown to generate buzz and excitement.
8-foot wide by 3-foot high Thank You Banner
To show appreciation for their sponsorship, donor logos will be printed, die-cut and placed around this huge THANK YOU banner. This banner will be prominently hung at the entrance of the fall fest.
8-1/2 x 11 inch, letter-sized Event Flyer
Flyer artwork is provided so that event volunteers can print and distribute to local businesses and post to bulletin boards to inform locals of this free event.
8-1/2 x 11 inch, letter-sized Sponsorship Menu
This sponsorship menu advises potential supporters of donor levels and the benefits associated. The look and feel of this flyer coincides with the other designs which was based off the main logo that was created by a child, Avery Marsh, who won a fall fest logo contest.
